LEAH CRAWFORD

I'm Leah, a Jacksonville-based photographer providing services that capture all of life's beautiful moments, at an affordable rate.

I picked up my first camera while pursuing my bachelor's degree in graphic design at Flagler College in 2014. Photography was an offered elective and I eagerly enrolled hoping to better my 'design eye' and get a good camera out of the deal. With each class, I realized I was falling more and more in love with photography. ​

 

Fast-forward to 2018. I'm about to get married and searching high and low for a wedding photographer. I still take photos for fun, but didn't know many local photographers and I didn't have thousands of dollars to invest from my very modest budget either. Thankfully, I ended up trading design services for discounted photography from a local photographer, but I left that experience realizing there's people in our community who are probably in my same situation; unable to find photography services they can afford.

With this mission in mind, Leah Crawford Photography became a real thing and my goal: Help people capture life  at every step and keep my rates reasonable. Simple as that!

Since then, its been an honor to create a picture diary of people's brightest memories over the years and I can't wait to keep it going! I hope clients continue to choose me as their keeper of smiles, hugs and kisses shared with those closest to them. When clients tell me 'you're our family photographer!', I know I've done my job!

When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me in the classroom! I teach Design and Photography to Highschool students at Frank H. Peterson Academies of Technology, certifying students in the Adobe Creative Suite.

 

I'm one lucky girl to have 2 jobs I love so deeply!
